What do you do for work?

Currently, I am enrolled in the International Sustainability Management master's program at ESCP Business School in Berlin and Paris. Additionally, I have been working as a consultant for over a year in the Strategy and Performance team at S360 Sustainability Services. I have mainly focused on sustainability consultancy for approximately 2 years,.

What are you most passionate about?

Being part of the transformation of private sector companies, conducting efforts to integrate a sustainability approach into strategic decisions.

What does Arkhe Innovate mean to you?

I see Arkhe Innovate as a friend environment where I can spend time with peers who share similar thoughts, freely express my ideas, engage in discussions, and examine opposing viewpoints together. I believe that the cycle of just listening to specific individuals and returning home without much contemplation has been broken during Arkhe Innovate events . Therefore, for me, it feels more like a place where I can have meaningful time with friends, have fun, learn, and feel comfortable speaking, rather than just a platform where people listen to speakers.

What in your life has changed since meeting Arkhe Innovate?

I am currently not active in events because I live outside of Turkey. Even when I was within the borders of Turkey, I had distanced myself from engaging in dialogue with people for a while, and I felt that I was falling behind in sharing ideas with individuals in similar sectors. However, I remember taking a deep breath with the Arkhe Innovate camp. It felt as if oxygen had reached my brain for the first time in a long while. After the Arkhe camp, I felt both more liberated and confident. I found my ideas more valuable, myself more open to listening to others, and I discovered a greater love for the field I work in.

The first 3 things that come to your mind about Arkhe Innovate:

Clear expressions, cats, meaningful dialogues
